Lenge leve leverposteien!

Selv om jeg også spiser leveren min rå, er det få ting som er bedre enn nystekt og lunken leverpostei, men mengder smør eller fett på.
Jeg lager min i porsjonsformer, som jeg fryser, og har dermed alltid tilgang på nystekt leverpostei på under en halvtime! Kan det bli bedre?

Dette er oppskriften jeg bruker (for tenk; på leverpostei bruker jeg oppskrift), som er en variant av denne:

En pakke kyllinglever (minus det jeg har spist rått i ca 1,5 dag)
3 egg
1 dl smeltet ekte smør
2 løk
3 fedd hvitløk
3 store ts timian
1 ts tørka ingefærpulver
1 ts muskatnøtt
salt & pepper

Kvernes sammen til du har en jevn røre. Jeg steker mine porsjonsformer i vannbad på ca 180 grader, tar omtrent 20 minutter fra de kommer ut av fryseren og til de er ferdige.

  1. Denne oppskriften skal jeg prøve, du er så flink og inspirerende. Har du prøvd den med annen lever som f.eks saue lever? Kanskje den blir for sterk på smaken?
